Description
Due to incorrect handling of remaining bits while encoding of endtag in CSN_RECURSIVE_ARRAY case the message generation fails to match with the expected result.
Example:
for downlink test vector "40284f0000001009810c826f4406809dcecb2b2b2b2b2b" PUASS (EGPRS)
testsuite fails
vector1 = 40284f00010981c826f446809dcecb2b2b2b2b2b
vector2 = 40284f00010981c826f446809dced59595959595
vector1 == vector2 : FALSE
