Description

In patch_nm_tables() we use

nanobts_attr_radio[1] = bts->c0->max_power_red / 2;

i.e. there's a hard-coded bts->c0 rather than the actual transceiver being used. The problem is best resolved by addressing #1696

The code that assembles the OML attribute tables now uses the actual TRX, please see: https://gerrit.osmocom.org/#/c/973/2..3/openbsc/src/libbsc/bts_ipaccess_nanobts_omlattr.c

I hope this makes sense. I checked it on the nanobts-stack, which has problems with the TS config but I see the relevant signalling and it looks ok. Please have a look and let me know if my change makes sense.
