After discussion with Harald, at least 2 tests would be nice:
1- ping test: with big delay in between pings to let the TBF be released and grabbed again.
2- HTTP/TCP test: Try downloading a webpage of hundreds KB and check the TCP connection doesn't break and all data can be safed correctly.

I submitted recently 2 tests using gprs data services: ping and iperf3 reports. See end of #2308 for more details.
