Description

BSC_Tests.TC_unsol_ass_fail sends an RR ASSIGNMENT FAIL from MS to BSC. The BSC should ignore the message and/or send a RR STATUS, but it should be smart enough to determine that no actual assignment is ongoing, and hence no BSSMAP Assignment Failure shall be generated.
