Description
In order to write CBSP related tests for upcoming CBSP support in OsmoBSC and OsmoCBC, we need a CBSP module for TTCN-3.

In addition to the encode/decode, we also need a CodecPort on top of IPL4asp to run a CBSP server and client from within TTCN-3 testcases.
