Description
32 calls is a very low default number of endpoints for a media gateway which is running next to a BSC or MSC. This constrains the total number of calls considerably.
IMHO, we should consider using a significantly larger number of default endpoints, or even think about allocating them dynamically.

I have increased the number of endpoints now, I also checked the memory usage of the process, there is no excessive increase.
