Description
The hardware design is done in the proprietary Altium format, and is not easily viewable outside of this program. Project gerbers, Excellon drill file, and pick-and-place information should be generated for each check-in. In addition, the design PDF should include the most relevant board layers, so that the design can be viewed without a gerber viewer.
- Gerber data should be in RS-274X data (no seperate aperture table)
- drill data should come in Excellon format 1 or 2 (no seperate drill rack file)
- pick-and-place data should be a simple self-containing csv file (i.e. with column header)
