osmo-bsc_mgcp is used for 3G where no BSC is involved. Also this is not a BSC at all. Change the name of the binary, default config file, as well as config and .service files for packaging. A good name candidates: * appears to be OsmoMGCPGW / osmo-mgcp-gw * OsmoMGW / osmo-mgw
