In case of osmo-bts a SAPI release indication and other GSM 08.58 08.85 messages include extra bytes (e.g. the L3) messages. This is garbage and most likely because of lapdm.c (http://projects.osmocom.org/projects/libosmocore/repository/revisions/1a87c1b1891262e063d3bc862a8a1babef943f74/entry/src/gsm/lapdm.c#L393) * We should see how the msgb looks when calling these routines * Either fix the input in osmo-bts or the routine to never go through the send_rslms_rll_l3 routine
