Added by laforge 5 months ago

We're happy to announce the next incarnation of RetroNetCall, the retronetworking oriented spin-off of OsmoDevCall

This time, laforge (and maybe some others) will give a tour of divf, the central office of the OCTOI network based on yate + dahdi-trunkdev

We'll look into how subscriber E1 terminate in osmo-e1d + dahid-trunkdev, how that feeds into yate, how the routing/dialplan works, as well as the new SS7/ISUP interconnects to the two EWSD.

When: Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 20:00 CET

  • openSUSE 15.4 (openSUSE Tumbleweed feed is available)

Added by laforge 6 months ago

We're happy to announce that our recorded presentations of OsmoDevCall are now also published in our new @osmodevcall@tube.tchncs.de peertube1 channel. A peertube channel has the advantage that it can be subscribed by interested people, as long as they have a user account in any fediverse/mastodon instance.

1 Peertube is a federated, open source video sharing system built on Open Source Software using the ActivityPub protocol many people know from Mastodon. See https://joinpeertube.org/ for more information about it.
