re-integrate tracing + card reader modes into SIMtrace2 firmware (SAM3S)

Description
the current laforge/cardemu branch breaks sim card tracing + card reader modes. Re-integrate and test those to have one firmware image working in all modes

the current situation is that we have separate firmware builsd for various boards, and SIMtrace so far only supported "sniffer" mode, while OWHW and QMOD have "cardem" as their main app.
In #1704 we're tracking recent work to support "cardem" on the SIMtrace board too.
