Spec Reference:

Description

I've been writing some code for the framing/deframing for basic frame and crc4-multiframe, as well as Rx + Tx side of CRC4 handling, alignment FSM, ...

It can be found in the laforge/software branch of osmo-e1-xcvr. See http://git.osmocom.org/osmo-e1-xcvr/log/?h=laforge/software

TODO is mainly: testing of various modes (crc4/non-crc4, ...) as well as any interop tests with real-world E1 out there. My reading of the spec may very well be wrong

I'll put this task aside util we have some real-world samples of raw (but synchronized, HDB3-decoded) to validate against.

The software works against the traces Dieter has provided, so marking this as resolved for now. If we find bugs, we can file separate bug issues.
