Most tests are running into the Tguard timeout. The pcap only shows NS reset/alive/unblock and acks, but no further traffic.
The issue was introduced between 14th and 15th of August.

It seems that commit 51114d1d9b1c03b3a7a35dd3c98416897c2c7755 is the first to breaks the SGSN tests.
sgsn: create 3 instances of BSSGP at the same time Allows to use different BSSGP connection within a single test.

When I reworked this patch, I made the mistake to use the same config for the NS emulation, which is completely wrong.
But my branch lynxis/sgsn (ttcn3-hacks) still does not work. My branch can only work, when updating the SGSN_Tests.cfg at the same time.
