Description
The db with IMEI/TAC is publicly available at http://tacdb.osmocom.org/
Would be nice to be able use it from HLR/VLR so we immediately see phone model/manufacturer (if available) when requesting data about user. This might help with debugging issue specific to particular phone model and alike.
