I've extended it, and now it is possible to add additional VTY references. While I was at it, I've also added the osmo-gbproxy VTY reference.</p>

<p>While I'm writing this, I see that jenkins is failing with one of the patches, so I've set the osmo-gsm-manuals change to WIP.
