Description
osmo-gbproxy was written long before we had TITAN TTCN3 test suites. This means there's a significant lack of test coverage, which needs toe be fixed
We should aim at high test coverage.

We now have 46 test cases in https://jenkins.osmocom.org/jenkins/job/ttcn3-gbproxy-test/test_results_analyzer/ and counting. Most of the procedures/messages are covered, with the exception of flow control and RIM.

There's now also https://jenkins.osmocom.org/jenkins/view/TTCN3/job/ttcn3-gbproxy-test-fr/ for testing the FR (Frame Relay) transport.

Just committed a series of patches with https://gerrit.osmocom.org/c/osmo-ttcn3-hacks/+/22231 on top which expand testing to include SGSN pool related testing
