Some of the references to this header are completely unnecessary and can simply be removed, and the other reference can be eliminated by applying an optimization to the hackRF source that was already applied to rtlsdr a few years ago. I've attached two patches which do these two things, respectively.

(These are from git format-patch — let me know if a git-bundle or some other format would be easier to apply)
