Description
When a BTS disconnects, I get tons of the following bogus messages:
osmo-bsc[17646]: <0004> nm_channel_fsm.c:286 NM_CHAN_OP(bts0-trx1-ts7)[0x557ccf300780]{DISABLED_NOTINSTALLED}: transition to state DISABLED_NOTINSTALLED not permitted!
