Description

Besides binary packages built in "nightly" and "latest" repositories, we have a "next" repository. The "next" repository builds the same packages that are in nightly, but builds from a "next" branch for each repository, if such a branch exists. Otherwise it builds packages from "master", just like nightly. This is useful when testing features before we want to have them in "master".

However as right now we don't have a need for it, Harald and I discussed that it makes sense to disable it until we need it again.

I've disabled "publish" in https://build.opensuse.org/repositories/network:osmocom:next already, so it is not getting used by accident.
