Description

Since recently, the following test cases constantly fail on Jenkins:

BSC_Tests.TC_srvcc_eutran_to_geran_ho_out
BSC_Tests.TC_srvcc_eutran_to_geran_ho_out_forbid_fast_return
BSC_Tests.TC_ho_out_of_this_bsc

Below are the related test reports, in which they started to fail (Nov 25):

https://jenkins.osmocom.org/jenkins/view/TTCN3/job/ttcn3-bsc-test/1572/
https://jenkins.osmocom.org/jenkins/view/TTCN3/job/ttcn3-bsc-test-latest/1151/
https://jenkins.osmocom.org/jenkins/view/TTCN3-centos/job/TTCN3-centos-bsc-test/556/

I believe this patch is somehow related to:

https://gerrit.osmocom.org/c/osmo-ttcn3-hacks/+/26354

because it was merged on Nov 24, just before the tests started to fail.

Interestingly enough, I cannot reproduce the failures by running test cases on my machine.

While trying to investigate #5337, I saw these test cases failing when running BSC_Tests.control. So it looks like a side effect of some other test case(s) executed before.
