Description
The SGSN hardcodes the PDU LLC lifetimes for GERAN/GPRS LLC PDUs to 10 seconds.
This should be defined by vty for user traffic.
GMM should set it's own lifetime because GMM procedures has timeout. It doesn't make sense to send out a PDU after the procedure timeout already expired.
Check if PDU lifetimes can be influenced by QoS and/or GGSN.
