Description
I really don't like PHP and would like to replace the overlap dialling php script with something I can read, understand and maintain.
There are several python libraries implementing the yate messaging protocol for external modules around.

Is that maybe something sur5r might be convinced to look into?
Aside from a proper/readable/maintainable implementation working for Q.931/ISDN, we'd also need something that will work with ISUP. Funny enough, the overlapped attribute is true/false in ISUP and yes/no in Q.931 (at least with the old php script).
