Description
The URL for libccid is https://ccid.apdu.fr/ not https://ccid.apdu.fr/ccid which gives a "403 Forbidden" error.
The wrong URL is ine the text "pcsc-lite is very well integrated with libccid, whose reader support status is indicated at https://ccid.apdu.fr/ccid/section.html"
I can connect to the wiki but can't edit the page myself. So I can't fix this issue.

I hope I fixed it, thanks for pointing this out.
I've also added your user to the group permitting wiki edits, so if you want to contribute additional fixes/improvements in the future, you can now do them by yourself.
