Description
osmo-hnbgw receives and decodes HNBAP HNB De-Register messages, logs them, but it does not act on these at all.
When receiving a HNBAP HNB De-Register, osmo-hnbgw should probably discard all state for that HNB.
I write "probably" because I'm not 100% sure that it's a bug. It very much seems to be a bug to me, but possibly HNBAP is intentionally ignored, say because some lower layer typically indicates a disconnect subsequently. Investigate to make sure of that.
