Description
I tried to use OsmocomBB tool for trying simulate some types of attacks, but unfortunately I didn’t able to ran it, as I tried with two different chips ( PL2303 and CP2102 ) with Motorola C118, but I stopped in step of receiving signal from mobile when it power off and put on power button and I saw this when ran command layer1.compalarm.bin, but I didn’t receive any thing at mobile (motorola C118) indication of installation success like appear layer1 in screen of mobile

You are likely not reporting a bug but have a usability Problem. Please try contacting the mailing list. Also, alsways include relevant output (log file output, stdoit/stderr,...)
Never send Screenshots but actual Text so people can use grep and other Tools to work on them.
