Description

I've implemented several TTCN-3 testcases verifying scheduling of CSD:

As was mentioned in #1572, the half-rate testcases used to pass for me locally but currently failing:

pass->FAIL BTS_Tests.TC_data_rtp_tchh48
pass->FAIL BTS_Tests.TC_data_rtp_tchh24

It needs to be investigated why they're filing.

Both testcases were passing quite reliably on Jenkins during the last 23 test runs.
The TC_data_rtp_tchh48 failed only once (see build 2163) due to a timeout.
I think we can close this ticket and reopen if the problem will show up.
