It was mentioned in the team meeting that we might want to do a patch release for osmo-sip-connector (CC: neels, fixeria).

As discussed in #6253, we are not doing a patch release for it right now, removing it from the checklist.
Looks like we would need to tag osmo-trx 1.6.2: there are some problems with osmo-trx-lms, see CID#330741.

The osmotrx coverity issue is related to split initialization of those objects, the important part happens during the open() call (which can fail, so that code can't be part of the constructor), so related coverity issues should be ignored.

As discussed with pespin, made a libosmocore 1.9.2 right after with some more backported patches:

dexter: please make the osmo-pcu release when it is ready (seems like now it is waiting for testing in #6191?), and include the mentioned patches in the top post (Increase RR scheduler priority to 20, systemd: remove RestartPreventExitStatus=1) or ping me, and mention which additional patches need to be backported.

I've posted release announcement to the news sections of libosmocore, osmo-sgsn and osmo-ggsn. Let's make sure we always do that in the future - at least for any releases not part of a major osmocom release-spree (Which then has one overall news item).
