RSSI application and osmocom-bb show frames with bit errors.

The dropped bursts can be debugged at sysmo-bts:
enter in the VTY: "trx 0 dsp-trace-flag error"

The DSP trace ("cat /dev/rtfifo/dsp_trace") shows for every dropped burst:
"[ERROR] : <124665.0> PhyRf_PushTxBurst: Unexpected burst timing, drop the burst (Burst 124653.0)"

To solve it, use round-robin scheduler with prio 20 or higher:
Add "-r 20" to command line.
