(I could add the missing entries myself, but I'd like to instead make sure that you're aware.
This is about patch "Convert paging response timer into an osmocom own X4 timer" by lynxis:)

I just noticed that osmo-msc has two X4 timers that are not listed in our wiki at
https://osmocom.org/projects/cellular-infrastructure/wiki/List_of_Timer_numbers

This wiki page is the definitive source for new timers.
The process is to add an entry there even before submitting a patch,
to avoid collisions with other developers.

Since the patch is already merged and released, they will remain X4 now, and we'll just update the wiki,
but for next time:

I'd like to encourage not re-using existing timer numbers, in all of osmocom.
For example, currently the next timer available is X36.
Even if there is a gap in msc's timer numbers, I'd pick -36 as the next X timer.

The idea is that it is easier to talk about timers when a number is unique across all our programs, the available number space is INT_MAX.
