Description
Testing with the FakeBTS has shown various issues. This could be split into several tickets if we ever start to do something about it:
1.) It is possible to send MDCX without a CRCX (in case the bts/ms does not respond to the channel mode modify)
2.) Not sending mode modify ack from the BTS triggers T10 but the channel is not taken down.
