Generate sources from ASN1 files¶

As of writing, the process for regenerating source files in osmo-iuh.git from the asn1 files is the following:

• Build the osmo-iuh/master branch of the Osmocom fork of asn1c
• Run make regen in osmo-iuh.git

Upstreaming the Osmocom specific patches is being discussed in #2435.
