This device is also supported by osmo-qcdiag (to some extent)

./osmo-qcdiag-log /dev/ttyHS2

Note: make sure to kill ModemManager so it won't interfere with serial interfaces. Use /dev/ttyHS0 to enter AT commands to control the device manually.
