Keyspan USA-19HS

The Keyspan USA-19HS is a USB <-> RS-232 adapter. There is no Linux support according to the vendor, but it can work. It does needs some firmware to operate, depends on the distribution if it is correctly packaged. It is not the usual FTDI (clone) or CH340, but it uses a different chip.
