Description

Investigate whether the DV Dongle is capable of decoding the IMBE frames. If so implement support for audio decoding using DV Dongle and permit device sharing via the Internet.

DV Dongle is not IMBE compatible! We've received this confirmation from DVSI:

"None of our chip products are designed as APCO P25/IMBE solutions – they use a different bit stream and are not compatible."
