This has been happening for (it seems) 4 days or so. Any ideas what has changed to cause this?

drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4.0K Oct 5 17:22 jenkins_build_artifact_store

hmm, maybe I thought re-creating the dir was a good idea while I was freeing space on the file system.
Must be my fault, definitely not intended to be owned by root.

I erased jenkins_build_artifact_store (it was empty) and re-run, and it seems to create dir jenkins_build_artifact_store as osmocom-build and the build runs successfully. Let's see if that fixes completely the issue or if it appears again due to some bug somewhere.

This was also my fault, IIRC when the server ran full, I removed the artifact store and re-created the dir, but stupidly enough as root without noticing.
Thanks to Pau for fixing.
