lists.osmocom.org not reachable over www
Since the FreeBSD 11.3 update, lists.osmocom.org hasn't been reachable via www (i.e the subscription and archive interface).
The cause was located within the lists jail:
2020/01/07 13:54:45 [crit] 31974#100411: *40146 connect() to unix:/var/run/fcgiwrap/fcgiwrap.sock failed (13: Permission denied) while connecting to upstream, client: 2a01:4f8:191:444b::2:5, server: lists.osmocom.org, request: "GET /mailman/listinfo HTTP/1.0", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/fcgiwrap/fcgiwrap.sock:", host: "lists.osmocom.org"
/var/run/fcgiwrap/fcgiwrap.sock was owned by nobody. I did a 'chown' to the 'www' group and suddenly everything started working.
I'm not sure if that socket is recreated at some point. A casual restart of fcgiwrap via the init-script didn't change the permissions back to nobody, though.

I moved from self compiled binaries to "pkg upgrade' which updated a lot. I was dealing with permission/name issues with dkim, sasl2, alias files but apparently the web interface as well. Thanks for troubleshooting and fixing.
I have placed fcgiwrap_socket_owner="www" into /etc/rc.conf which should hopefully be reboot safe. We need some basic blackbox probing for osmocom.org...
