When adding a new subscriber to the HLS in srsEPC, one can currently specify things like IMSI and auth algo. The EPC then gives a dynamic IP to the user within the supported range. If the same IMSI attaches again, however, the dynamic IP allocation will assign a new IP to the UE. This can be circumvented by adding a fixed IP as the last parameter in the user_db.csv. Therefore it would be cool to expose this IP as a parameter when adding a new user to the resources.conf file
