Description

Ran the following command: rtl_power -f 433M:434M:10K

Many of the returned power values show as "-1#J". See the attached capture.

This was run on Windows 10 with both the 32 and 64 bit versions of rtl-sdr, from the 20200816 date stamped Windows builds from here: https://ftp.osmocom.org/binaries/windows/rtl-sdr/

Note that I saw similar issues on my Raspberry Pi. However, after building rtl-sdr from this repo: https://github.com/keenerd/rtl-sdr, it seemed to work fine.
