Description

Recently osmo-pcu.git 0052051c07af63da98137c9f8e3b3119642eb587 introduced a bug where MS could not attach anymore to the network due to a typo, fixed in:
https://gerrit.osmocom.org/c/osmo-pcu/+/19822

However, none of out TTCN3 PCU tests noticed this failure. We should add a test making sure it coves related code and fails if a similar bug appears again.

"Failed to parse IMSI IE (rc=0)"

Attached one can find a sample pcap trace with the GMM Attach Request (frame 248, this time with a TMSI, but to get the idea, in any case we should check both).
