Description
We do implement scheduling of TCH/F14.4 in osmo-bts-trx, however the rare adaptation is missing. This is why current osmo-bts-trx would NACK CHANnel ACTIVation attempts for this data rate. The rate adaptation functions for TCH/F14.4 are different from the ones employed for TCH/F9.6, TCH/F4.8, and TCH/F2.4. According to 3GPP TS 48.020, chapter 10, we would need to implement RA1'/RAA' and RA1'/RAA". Other relevant specs: 3GPP TS 44.021 and 3GPP TS 48.060.
