Description
When osmo-msc is started with corrupted "sms.db", no SMS is delivered.
Only the earliest SMS is delivered on a location update. All other SMS are not delivered until the next location update triggers the next earliest SMS delivery.
The problem was solved by removing the "sms.db" file and restarting osmo-msc. All queued SMS were delivered instantly. A newly queued SMS was delivered instantly.
To reproduce and debug the problem, I keept the corrupt database file. It is not included with this issue, because it may contain private information. Ask me for it. (/files/auftraege/sysmocom-MSC_SMS_BUG/sms.db_buggy)
