As of now (Feb 20102), the software can * demodulate a GMR carrier * de-scrambling, viterbi decoding, de-interleaving, de-puncturing * decode the BCCH / CCCH messages * Follow immeditate asignement to TCH3 and decode those channel * Decipher TCH3 channel given the Kc * Forward everything to GSMTAP
