h1. sysmoBTS SysmoBTS Family The sysmoBTS family is a range of GSM/GPRS/EDGE BTS products of "sysmocom":"http://sysmocom.de/, ranging BTSs, from indoor femto-cell to outdoor macro-cell macro-cell. They are based on a proprietary transceiver hardware, circuit board, with proprietary GSM/GPRS/EDGE PHY running in FPGA+DSP. PHY. However, the main processor system is running a 100% free software GNU/Linux distribution on an ARM CPU. The BTS software is [[OsmoBTS:]], [[osmobts:]], the PCU software is [[OsmoPCU:]].
