I would like to add this patch to osmo-hnodeb.git, so we don't turn several warnings into errors by default (and possibly have breakage in OBS due to different compiler versions): https://gerrit.osmocom.org/c/osmo-sysmon/+/26102

However, we don't built osmo-hnodeb with --enable-werror in contrib/jenkins.sh.

Looks like that's because of the IU dependency with generated code. Other projects build twice, once with IU enabled and werror disabled, once with IU disabled and werror enabled.

osmith for osmo-hnodeb it doesn't make sense to build it without Iu support because well, Iu is not optional.

I prefer having building with --enable-werror enabled, even if it causes some build failure from time to time. This way we can fix warnings appearing in different compiler versions.
