Description

osmo-sgsn crashes during certain conditions. It appears that when a BTS goes offline (ns offline), if a user with an active PDP was connected to that BTS, and the ggsn continues to send traffic for that user after the BTS is offline (ns blocked) osmo-sgsn will crash.
