strongswan: gsup: remove single request limitation

Description

Currently the strongswan only operates a single request via GSUP.
Remove this limitation and allow multiple requests in flight.

I've rewritten the gsup_client.

I see a lot scheduling a filedescriptor messages in the log. I'm not sure if this is the gsup connection, but the log scroll a lot.
Need to check this later.
