In its current state, osmo-msc does There are some situations that are still not work tested yet. We need to make sure that the following works: * Using the external MNCC (Currently we only have tested with the external mncc. This needs internam mncc) * Different IP-Addresses for MSC and BSC (Currently both are on the same address) (more to be fixed. collected)
