= libosmovty =

[wiki:libosmovty] is a shared library containing the core code for the telnet-style interface and configuration file handling that
is common to all Osmocom programs.

The original core was leveraged from the [http://www.quagga.net/ Quagga] project, which is in turn a derivative of [http://www.zebra.org/ GNU Zebra] software.

It is included in the git repository / source code of [wiki:libosmocore], you can browse its source code at http://cgit.osmocom.org/cgit/libosmocore/tree/src/vty
