h1. = Recommended reading on TETRA = While studying TETRA, we have mostly used the official ETSI TETRA specification, as it can be obtained from http://www.etsi.org/. There are a number of books about TETRA available, but they are all about marketing, politics, network planning. There's very little _hard technical_ ''hard technical'' literature out there. One good example is _Digita ''Digita Mobile Communications and the TETRA System_ System'' published at Wiley. However, at about 200 USD it has a pretty steep price tag. In case you want to browse before buying, check it out at Google books: http://books.google.com/books?id=Kr3ori9Ify4C h2. == Links to TETRA related articles and documents == * TETRA Air interface specifications - an overview ** * http://www.dsplog.com/2010/02/02/tetra-air-interface-specifications/ * Time budgets for status messages in TETRA networks (Gustav Foseid) ** * http://www.foseid.priv.no/gustav/1998/tetra/html/node6.html * The TETRA MoU organization, including a news letter listing new deployments ** * http://www.tetramou.com/ * Digital timing recovery for TETRA ** * http://www.eetimes.com/design/communications-design/4018042/Digital-Timing-Recovery-Techniques-for-TETRA-Systems * Non-coherent demodulation of pi/4 DQPSK (TETRA) ** * http://www.dsplog.com/2010/04/12/non-coherent-demodulation-of-pi4-dqpsk-tetra/ * Real Time Implementation of TETRA Speech Codec on TMS320C54x ** * http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/download?doi=10.1.1.17.5516&rep=rep1&type=pdf
