You would need to implement it yourself. Don't hesitate to look at the source code!
it's very complicated...
Can I do this with hardware changes?(motorola c123)

There is no way to make the sniffer from sylvain/burst_ind work only for your phone unless you're running your own network, or you know the IMSI/TMSI of your phone. In commercial networks you would have to follow every Immediate Assignment, and match the mobile identity from the first decoded packet (CM Service Request or Paging Response) against your. Usually, Immediate Assignments are happening quite frequently, so there is a big chance to miss a couple of other Immediate Assignments while you're one a dedicated channel or switching back to the BCCH. Probably, during the night subscriber activity is slightly lower, so you have better chances to sniff your own phone. But still, it depends on your location. Hardware modifications don't make sense here, because even with attenuated Rx path you still don't know which dedicated channel (ARFCN, TS, SS, hopping...) will be assigned to your phone, and when exactly.

Well, sniffing is not for script-kiddies, sorry.
